d'un bâtiment datant du 18ème siècle, situé dans le vieux Carouge.&nbsp; Disposition&nbsp; La configuration&nbsp; du bâtiment comprend une arcade commerciale au rez-de-chaussée, tandis que l'étage 1 et les combles sont aménagés en habitation individuelle. L'objectif du projet a été d'optimiser ces espaces existants sans altérer leur usage initial.&nbsp;Réfection des façades et de la toitureLa rénovation méticuleuse des façades et de la toiture du bâtiment constitue l'un des aspects fondamentaux de ce projet. Pour préserver l'esthétique, les panneaux solaires ont été soigneusement dissimulés sur les nouvelles lucarnes du côté de la cour, minimisant ainsi leur impact visuel. Transformation intérieure La rénovation intérieure s'attache à préserver l'essence historique du bâtiment en cherchant à incorporer des éléments contemporain tout en préservant les caractéristiques architecturales d'origine, comme la charpente, l’ancienne cheminée ou d'autres éléments distinctifs.Préservation du patrimoine et innovation Notre approche intègre la préservation du patrimoine architectural avec des solutions innovantes pour répondre aux besoins modernes. Nous avons maintenu l'authenticité tout en apportant des améliorations significatives en termes de confort, d'efficacité énergétique et de praticité. Valorisation de l'abri de jardin L'abri de jardin a été également repensé pour en faire un espace de cuisine d’été, un lieu de détente ou un espace polyvalent, tout en respectant son caractère original et en harmonie avec le bâtiment principal. Le geste est celui de la continuité : mêmes angles francs, mêmes murs de couleur profonde, mêmes ouvertures qui cadrent le dehors et laissent entrer la lumière. Autour de l'olivier, l’espace prolonge l'esprit du lieu : rien ne s'ajoute, tout se poursuit, un dialogue discret entre l'ancien et le nouveau, où l'architecture s'efface pour mieux servir le paysage.La table Dessinée sur mesure, la table à manger s'ancre sous le porche comme un prolongement de la maison elle-même. Massive, elle en reprend la présence sculpturale des éléments distinctif de la maison. Son plateau de carreaux bleus répond au ciel et à la mer et qui capte la lumière et guide le regard vers l'horizon. Accès mutualisés, sols perméables, canopée renforcée : la densification s'y fait par le paysage autant que par le bâti. Le projetLa maison s'organise autour de quatre jardins, comme quatre manières d'habiter le paysage. Au nord-est, le jardin contemplatif offre au séjour un horizon calme et végétal. Face à lui, le jardin lumineux prolonge la maison vers la terrasse et la piscine. Au sud-est, le jardin vivant accompagne la cuisine et les repas extérieurs. À l'opposé, le jardin silencieux borde la façade borgne et forme un espace plus secret, en retrait de l'activité domestique. Le volume est compact, couvert d'une toiture à deux pans qui reprend l'échelle domestique et les logiques d'implantation du tissu environnant, sans en proposer d'imitation littérale. Les façades sont composées sobrement, leurs ouvertures dimensionnées selon les usages et les relations établies avec chaque jardin.Construction bas carbone La structure hors sol est entièrement réalisée en bois local, complétée par une isolation biosourcée en paille. Ces matériaux renouvelables et faiblement transformés limitent l'énergie grise du bâtiment. Le principe constructif s'exprime dans la matérialité perspirante des façades ; les panneaux photovoltaïques sont intégrés au plan de toiture afin d'en limiter l'impact visuel. Pompe à chaleur, ventilation simple flux et conception bioclimatique — apports solaires passifs, éclairage naturel, inertie des parois intérieures massives — permettent d'atteindre le standard THPE. Pour ce faire, la future construction se décompose en deux volumes, lesquels créent une cassure répondant mieux au front de rue et au front du parc. La végétation présente est préservée sur tous les pourtours de la parcelle, mais certains spécimens seront déplacés, en concertation avec l’OCAN.La parcelle s’ouvre ainsi sur le parc des Franchises, qui devient enfin perceptible depuis la rue, créant une percée tout en permettant une réelle perméabilité piétonne avec l’avenue Edmond-Vaucher, impossible aujourd’hui à cause de la rangée de villas privées. Le parc se prolonge jusqu’à la rue, fluidifiant les flux. Les habitants vivent dans le parc.Le parc des Franchises est actuellement mis à distance de la rue Edmond-Vaucher et des habitations environnantes par les parcelles qui la bordent et qui, à ce jour, ne permettent pas de percevoir le parc depuis l’avenue, ni même d’y accéder de manière directe. Le Mixité et durabilité - Vers un habitat évolutifLa mixité, tant au niveau des affectations que des générations d’habitants, est un thème central dans la conceptualisation du projet. Afin d’assurer le mode de vie des générations actuelles tout en préservant une adaptabilité pour les générations futures, les architectes ont travaillé selon un principe d’habitat évolutif. Par exemple, les touches de rose évoquent la mortadelle italienne, clin d’œil à la fraîcheur et à la convivialité des produits typiques romains.L’espace s’organise autour du bar central, véritable cœur du lieu, mêlant boiseries aux lignes rétro et jeux de lumière chaude pour instaurer une ambiance conviviale. Les formes ovales et arrondies que l’on retrouve sur le mobilier, le bar et les détails décoratifs, rappellent la forme singulière de la pinsa. Pinsa n’est pas seulement un restaurant, c’est une immersion dans une Italie revisitée, légère et contemporaine, où chaque détail traduit la passion du design et la recherche d’une esthétique authentique. Ce projet a permis de reconfigurer les espaces et d'apporter des modifications structurelles significatives. À l'extérieur, une piscine a été ajoutée et des aménagements paysagers ont été réalisés. Le bâtiment a été rénové conformément aux normes HPE Rénovation (Haute Performance Énergétique), assurant ainsi une efficacité énergétique optimale. L’intervention vise à restructurer l’espace intérieur avec une approche respectueuse de son histoire et de ses matériaux. &nbsp;L’organisation générale est maintenue : les espaces de vie, comprenant séjour et cuisine, occupent le rez-de-chaussée, tandis que les chambres et salles de bains s’étendent à l’étage et sous les combles. L’un des enjeux majeurs du projet réside dans l’intégration d’une nouvelle salle d’eau sous la charpente, un ajout pensé pour s’inscrire avec cohérence dans la structure existante. Des travaux structurels ont été réalisés afin d’assurer la stabilité du bâtiment tout en optimisant l’usage de l’espace sous toiture. &nbsp;La rénovation met en valeur les éléments patrimoniaux, tels que la charpente apparente, tout en intégrant des touches contemporaines qui apportent confort et fonctionnalité. Le projet ne cherche pas à gommer le passé, mais à le prolonger avec justesse, en conciliant authenticité et modernité dans un équilibre subtil.
